Craft & Logic was founded to solve a specific problem: founders and lean teams who need CTO-level judgment, designer-level craft, and engineering-level delivery — but can't justify three separate hires or three separate vendors.

1. 2013
   Founded
   Started as a boutique product and software consultancy serving founders and lean teams.

2. 2016
   Enterprise work begins
   Engagements with JTB Corporation and Idemitsu Kosan — the start of our Fortune Global 500–adjacent track.

3. 2019
   Platform practice matures
   DevOps, microservices, and cloud infra become formal capabilities alongside product work.

4. 2022
   Data & AI practice
   JARVIS and other analytics platforms ship. AI-accelerated delivery is adopted internally.

5. 2026
   Four practices, one team
   Strategy, Design & Build, Platform, and Data & Intelligence — under a single senior roster.
